DLF Conference Cost

$300-500* per person
for 10 days at Hilltop House
(Anderson Lodge)

*Any amount donated above $300 goes toward
helping others who face financial challenges
to attend the meeting.

 

Cost Breakdown

Hilltop House comfortably accommodates 30 people.
The cost of using Hilltop House from
Monday, June 14-Thursday, June 24, 2004 is $5,475.00.

This includes a charge from Anderson Lodge for
kitchen-use fee of $30 per day (food not included),
and a one-time bedding fee of $10 per person
for one (1) set of sheets and one (1) towel
($1.00 per day for additional towels).

$100 per person has been added for 30 meals (3 meals day)

If you are not going to attend the conference
for the duration (10 days at $300), the cost to you
if you ARE NOT OVERNIGHT is $20 per day, and
the cost if you ARE OVERNIGHT is $40 per day.

A $2,000.00 deposit was required by September 8, 2003.
The $2,000.00 deposit has been received by
Anderson Lodge management.

All attendees are asked to submit $65.00 deposit
whether or not you are overnighting at Hilltop House.

The $65.00 deposit may be subtracted,
from the balance you owe
($235.00 if you attend all 10 days).

A balance of $3,475 is due to Anderson Lodge
by April 1, 2004.
