The Grateful Bed,located in Tannersville, New York accommodates 20 people:http://www.gratefulbed.com/

 

Reservation fee for the week of June 17-24, 2005 is$1,500.

This does not include food expenses.

Cost per week to overnight, including 3 meals/day is $200.

If you are staying overnight at nearby hotels,

 

A $250.00 security deposit was required to hold the reservation.

This was paid from DLF funds on March 1, 2005.

 

We ask attendees to submit their total conference cost by

May 1, 2005
