Padgett Messages Preservation Project Finance and Progress Report

8-26-04   Progress update:
A good deal of research has been done on methods of the document preservation. Logistical and financial constraints prevent us from pursuing most of these methods at this time. We hope to be able to purchase some acid-free storage boxes in the very near future (God willing J ).

8-26-04   Finance update:
To date we've collected $100 to cover project expenses. No moneys have been spent.

10-08-05   We've received $625 in donations for the preservation fund, but unfortunately are still waiting for the person in possession of the messages to move forward on his part of the project. We pray for patience…

4-22-08 $425 has been spent on storage boxes, buffer paper, and other supplies needed for the scanning/preservation work.
